Terms and Conditions for Booking Yoga Classes with 7th Vibe
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking any yoga classes with 7th Vibe. By booking a class, you agree to abide by these terms.
1. Booking and Payments
All classes must be booked in advance via the 7th Vibe website. Walk-ins may not be guaranteed a spot.
Payment is required at the time of booking to secure your place.
We accept all major credit/debit cards and PayPal (or any other payment methods you provide).
Prices may vary based on class type, duration, and location, and are subject to change.
2. Block Class Packages
Expiry Dates: Block class packages have a set validity period and will not be rolled over if unused within the designated timeframe. The 5-class package must be used within 8 weeks, and the 10-class package must be used within 14 weeks.
Non-Refundable Policy: Block class packages are non-refundable unless you are unable to use the classes due to extenuating circumstances. In such cases, please contact us at hello@7thvibe.com to discuss possible options.
3. Cancellation Policy
Classes: Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the start time will receive a full refund or credit. Cancellations within 12 hours will not be refunded.
Workshops and Events: Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance for a full refund, minus a £10 administrative fee, any deposits made are non-refundable. No refund or credit will be given for cancellations within 72 hours.
In the unlikely event that 7th Vibe cancels a class, workshop, or event, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another class.
4. Class Policies
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the class starts to allow time for setup.
7th Vibe reserves the right to deny entry to anyone who arrives late.
Please silence your phone and respect the peaceful atmosphere of the yoga space.
5. Health and Safety
You acknowledge that you are responsible for your own health and wellbeing in class. It is advised to consult a physician if you have any health concerns before participating in any yoga or mobility session.
If your medical condition or health status changes, it is your responsibility to inform the instructor before the start of each class.
By booking a class, you confirm that you have disclosed any relevant health conditions to the instructor.
7th Vibe is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage that may arise from participation in a yoga class.
6. Refunds and Credits
Refunds will be processed within 7 business days. Credits for future classes may be offered at the discretion of 7th Vibe.
Packages or memberships are non-refundable once purchased, except under special circumstances as outlined above.
